Changing your Admin Portal Password
Maybe you've been set up as a new user or you're maintaining good password security practice.
Changing you admin account password in the Web Management Portal is simple.
Step 1 Log in the Portal using the information from your Welcome Email or using the details given to you by and existing admin if they've added you to the account
Step 2 Navigate to the section called Admin Users on the left hand menu and click it.
Step 3 Click Your Admin Profile.
Step 4 Edit the password as desired and click Save Changes. Your new password is ready to use straight away, and you will not be required to log back in immediately.
Forgotten your Portal Password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the link called Forgotten Password under the Login bar. Find out more here ๐๐ป
