Your web portal account is different from the details you use for logging into your Safer Schools England App.
Only School Account Admins have access to the Web Portal. Your log in information is contained on the original welcome email you recieved when your school were first onboarded. if you were added as an admin, your password was set but the person who added you.
If however you have forgotten your password to the web portal, resetting it is easy.
Step 1 Open the Safer Schools England Web Portal. Below the Username and Password log in fields, you'll see an option for Forgotten Password?
Step 2 Once selected, you'll be prompted to reset your password by selecting your Organisation and entering your Portal Username (this is NOT your email address). Your username will have been emailed to you in your original welcome email.
Helpful Tip: Your Username is likely to be your first initial and your surname if you were original account admin. For example, if your name is John Smith, your username is likely to be JSmith.
Note: As with your password, if you were not an original account admin, but have been added as one, your username will have been created by the person who set up your account. You will not have a welcome email.
Step 3 Enter your username and check the inbox of the email address that you used to register your admin account. As long as your username is correct, you'll receive an email with reset instructions.
