No matter what you've forgotten your password to, the steps below will help you reset your password.
NOTE If you're a child or young person, you won't need an account to sign in to the App so no password to forget! 👍🏻

You've forgotten your password for the Premier League Safeguarding App 📱
STEP 1📱Open your Premier League Safeguarding App to the log in page. Below the username and password boxes, you'll see an option for forgotten password? as shown here
STEP 2 📱 Once you've clicked here, it will ask for you email address to reset your password. Simply submit the email address you used to create your account, and a reset link will be sent directly to you.
You've forgotten your password for the Premier League App Web Portal? 💻
REMEMBER It is only admins that have access to the Web Portal for the Premier League Safeguarding App. This section will only apply to admin users.
STEP 1 💻 Once you've opened the Premier League Safeguarding App web portal, under the username and password bars, you'll see an option for forgotten password? as shown below.
STEP 2 💻 Once you've selected that, there will be an option for resetting you password by entering your portal username. 👉🏻
NOTE Ensure the organisation field is filled in when trying to input your password otherwise it will not recognise you as a user.
From here simply enter your username and check the email address that you registered as an admin with. Proving your username is correct, you'll receive an email there with reset instructions.
