Accessing your Portal

Your Portal is where Admin Users can add and remove users and view test results.

You can access your Living Hope portal here. Once you have clicked the link simply select Living Hope from the dropdown menu and enter the log in information provided to you by INEQE Safeguarding Group or another Admin at Living Hope.

Once logged in, you will see an overview of your digital test results by topic as well as a list view of completed tests.

Your portal is the easy to navigate through using the menu on the left hand side.

Digital Test Results will show you the dashboard view of your results and completed tests.

The Admin Users menu item will allow you to add and remove other Admin Users to help you.

And finally the Support Centre will bring you to the range of step-by-step support articles tfor help in navigating the platforms. These can be used by both Living Hope Admins and Users.
