Accessing your Portal

A guide to accessing your portal if you are an admin for your organisation.

Many of our INEQE Group Apps also come with a Web Management Portal. This is where you're able to send Push Notifications to your users, view test results or upload digital news, depending on the features you have included in your App.

If you wish to enquire about any additional features, contact your Account Manager or email enquiries@ineqe.com.

This applies to you if your portal is housed at education.ineqe.com.

To log in to your school's App:

Step 1: Visit: education.ineqe.com

You will see a screen that looks like the one below.

Education.ineqe portalStep 2: Select your App from the dropdown

Step 3: Select your organisation from the new dropdown box that appears.

Step 4: Enter the Username and Password that you have been supplied by your account manager or the ones you've recieved in your Onboarding/Welcome Email. You will now be logged in to you school's portal.

Troubleshooting

My School Doesn't Appear?

If you can't find your school in the second dropdown, it is because it has not yet been onboarded by the team at INEQE Safeguarding Group. This is a manual process and can take up to 48 hours following onboarding form submission. Once complete, you will receive a welcome/onboarding email containing a link to the portal and your log in information.

I've not recieved an onboarding email

This may be because your organisation has not yet been onboarded. This is a manual process and can take up to 48 hours following onboarding form submission. If you're unsure, contact your account manager or our service team on 02890232060 or email support@ineqe.com and they can assist. If you think you should have recieved an onboarding email, also please check your junk. The email will have come from onboarding@ineqe.com.

I'm unable to access the portal

If you're experiencing a white screen or the portal not loading, it may be advised you clear your browsing data. Alternatively, you can attempt to open the URL on a different browser, in incognito/InPrivate mode or on a different network connection (ie try it on mobile data on your phone/via a hotspot instead of the wifi on your laptop. This will help you trace the error. If the URL is also being accessed via a school/company network, you may also need to ask your ICT team to Whitelist the URL on your internal systems.
