      Why did I not get my Digital Test certificate?

      Once you have submitted an in-App Digital Test your certificate should be generated and sent to your email.

      When you complete your Digital Test you will be asked for your name and email address.

      Note: We only store your name so those who have access to the ABLE Admin Portal (usually your Safer Schools Admin, Head Teacher and DSL/Safeguarding Lead) can see your results.
