Some easy solutions to problems you may have experienced when using the Healthy Online Relationships Platform.

Seeing a White Screen

If you're seeing a white screen when clicking/visiting https://learn.ineqe.com from a computer with a college internet connection, this is most likely due to the website not being Whitelisted by the college. 

This means that it has not been included on a list of approved websites that can be accessed, and could be seen as untrustworthy by the network until it is told otherwise.

Speak to the IT team at the college to see if this is the case.

You can easily testing this by trying to access the platform through your phone when connected to your own 5G or on your home wifi network. By trying another connection, you're narrowing it down to potentially being a connection issue.

You may find yourself on the below log in page without an account.
