David Game College: I've forgotten my password!

If you've forgotten your password to log in to your David Game College App or the Web Portal, continue reading for simple steps to reset it

No matter what you've forgotten your password to, the steps below will help you reset you password. Remember only account admins will have a portal password, so in general, you'll only need to remember your App password. You create this when you first log in.

NOTE If you're a GCSE, A-level or 6th form student, you won't need an account to sign in to the App so no password to forget! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Get your entry codes from Nedaa and start exploring the David Game College App!

So, you've forgotten your password for the David Game College App ๐Ÿ“ฑ?

Once you've opened your David Game College App and selected whether you're a Staff, Parent or UFP student role, you'll be given the option to log in.

STEP 1๐Ÿ“ฑBelow the email address and password boxes to log in, you'll see an option for forgotten password?

STEP 2 ๐Ÿ“ฑ Once you've clicked here, it will ask for your email address to reset your password. Simply submit the email address you used to create your account, and a reset link will be sent directly to you.

REMEMBER It is only admins that have access to the Web Portal for the David Game College App. This section will only apply to admin users.

STEP 1 ๐Ÿ’ป Once you've opened the David Game College App web portal, under the username and password bars, you'll see an option for forgotten password?.

STEP 2 ๐Ÿ’ป Once you've selected that, there will be an option for resetting your password by entering your portal username. This is NOT your email address, but your username.

From here simply enter your username and check the email inbox of the address that you registered as an admin with. As long as your username is correct, you'll receive an email with reset instructions.
