Logging into multiple schools and/or roles with the Safer Schools NI App

Whether you are school staff with children or young people in a different school, or you would like to view different roles within your school, you can do this through our multiple school login feature with the Safer Schools NI App. 

Adding Multiple Schools: 

✅ Step 1 - When you're ready to add another school or role within a school, navigate to your Safer Schools NI App and log in. 

✅ Step 2 - Once you're logged in, use the search bar at the top to find the school that you would like to add. 

✅ Step 3 - If you are adding a new school, simply input the correct entry code for the role that you wish to add (e.g. Staff Primary, Parent & Carer Post-Primary). Simply hit 'confirm' and this new school will appear in your list of schools at the bottom of the screen. 

✅ Step 4 - If you wish to add a new role but to the same school you have previously added, simply search for this school in the search bar. You will then be asked to input the entry code for the different role you wish to add. Simply hit 'confirm' and this new role within the same school will appear in your list of schools at the bottom of the screen. 

✅ Step 5 - Once you've added your chosen school(s) and/or role(s), you're ready to explore! Simply navigate to your list of schools at the bottom of your screen and click the school you wish to view within the App.
