Note If you're a pupil, you don't need a password to log into the Safer Schools NI App.
Once you've opened your Safer Schools NI App and selected whether you're a staff or parent/carer role, you'll be given the option to log in.
STEP 1📱Below the email address and password boxes to log in, you'll see an option for forgotten password?. Tap this.
STEP 2 📱 Once you've clicked here, it will ask for your email address to reset your password. Simply submit the email address you used to create your account, and a reset link will be sent directly to you.
Remember only account admins have access to the Web Portal, and this is a different account to the one used for your App.
STEP 1 💻 Once you've opened the Safer Schools NI App web portal, under the Username and Password bars, you'll see an option for Forgotten Password?
STEP 2 💻 Once you've selected that, there will be an option for resetting your password by entering your Portal Username. This is NOT your email address. This will have been emailed to you in your original welcome email or set by a colleague if they created your account for you.
From here simply enter your username and check the email inbox of the address that you registered as an admin with. As long as your username is correct, you'll receive an email with reset instructions.
