Why Can't I Find My School in the App?

There are usually 3 main reason that a school does not appear in the App.


Your School is not Registered/Eligible

Safer Schools is an Ecosystem of safeguarding services developed in partnership between Zurich Municipal and INEQE Safeguarding Group. It is available at no additional cost to eligible schools who have a full package of insurance with Zurich Municipal. 

Schools must be registered by a senior member of staff within the school or someone responsible for safeguarding. This is often done by the DSL or the HT or sometimes the digital lead.

Once we receive a registration from a school/organisation, we run an Eligibility Check with our Partners at Zurich Municipal. If you've registered you will receive an email notifying you of this. We aim to turn around all of these checks within 48 hours or 2 business days.

You will receive a second email notifying you of the outcome once this is complete. If Eligible you will receive information on the next steps, and links to register for the various Ecosystem services you wish to avail of, as well as your training discount code.

If Ineligible, you'll receive an email response detailing how else you can access our Safeguarding Resources for your School.

Your School have not yet filled out an App Registration

Whilst a school may be eligible, they may have only registered as a Safer School and not completed an App Registration or Onboarding Form. You can find you onboarding form here if you're already registered as a Safer School.

If we receive an App Registration from a school we have no record of checking for eligibility, the team will run this check at this point, and again inform the school of eligibility status.


Your School has not yet been Onboarded to the App

Whilst you may have filled in your App registration, it is not immediate. It takes up to 48 hours to correctly put together your School's App, so please allow this time if waiting to get access. This is done manually so the team can double check the content and functionality of the App before we give your school access so can ensure quality at every step.

Once onboarded, the school admin account holders (the contacts named on the original App Registration Form) will receive a Welcome Email detailing the School's unique entry codes for each role, their log in information to the Web Management Portal and links to further support resources.

Always check your junk for the Welcome Email if you are expecting to receive one.
