I've forgotten my App password
Remember, only adult accounts have a password to log into the Safer Schools England App. If you're a pupil, you don't need a password to log in, only your school's pupil code. Resetting Your Password
Once you've opened the Safer Schools England App and selected whether you're a staff or parent/carer role, you'll be given the option to log in.
Step 1 Below the email address and password log in fields, you'll see an option for Forgotten Password.
Step 2 Once selected, you will be asked to enter your email address. Submit the email address you used to create your account, and a reset link will be sent directly to your inbox.
Step 3 When you click the link in the email, this will open in a web browser. Submit a new password you can use it immediately to log in
Ensure you access this email and use the link immediately as it will expire otherwise and you'll have to request a new reset email.
If you click the link and it says it has expired simply repeat the process above to receive another one.
Ensure you are using the email address you created your account with. If the system does not recognise your email, you will not receive a reset email.
If you're still having difficulties logging in, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Service Engagement team who are always on hand for whatever support you may need.
