Step 1 Log in the Portal using the information using the details given to you by your Account Manager at INEQE Safeguarding Group or existing admin if they've added you to the account
Step 2 Navigate to the section called Admin Users on the left hand menu and click it.
Step 3 Click Your Admin Profile.
Step 4 Edit the password as desired and click Save Changes. Your new password is ready to use straight away, and you will not be required to log back in immediately.
Forgotten your Portal Password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the link called Forgotten Password under the Login bar and selecting your organisation/App name and entering your Username.
